It’s that time of year, ladies and gentlemen! It’s Portland’s Pride week! And my goodness are there so many parties to attend!
But where will you find us? Everywhere. PDX Pipeline has a great website with a list of events that will be happening all the way through June 28th.
We would, however, like to highlight one of our more favorite events - Portland’s infamous Peacock in the Park!
“Peacock Productions, Inc. is proud to present Peacock In The Park, an all-ages, family friendly summertime spectacular scheduled for Sunday, June 28, 2015 at the Washington Park Amphitheater in Portland, Oregon.
Peacock In The Park 2015 will feature live music, drag entertainers, dancers and more for a fun-filled day in the park. Either bring your own picnic or grab a snack at one of the Peacock concessions carts.
Admission is free but remember, this is a fundraiser to send LGBTQ students to college, so donations are encouraged and appreciated! Cash and credit cards will be accepted for concessions, souvenirs and/or donations. All net proceeds benefit the Audria M. Edwards Scholarship Fund.”
